ALL MEMBERSHIPS MUST BE CANCELED IN WRITING 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CHARGE DATE.

there are no refunds if members fail to cancel before their charge date or forget to cancel their membership.

After the commitment period is met, memberships continue on auto renew each month until cancelled in writing at truenorthcryo@gmail.com

A confirmation email will be sent within 5 business days of any cancellation letter. If cancellee does not receive this confirmation of cancellation they must contact True North Cryo. Membership cancellations are not valid without proof of receipt from TrueNorthCryo@gmail.coM
